Shipping
All of our antique furniture is professionally prepared for shipping with customized packaging by experienced professionals to help ensure your antique treasures arrive safely at your door. Customized packaging may include specially designed boxes, crates, and special foam; when appropriate, a custom-sized wood crate will be built to ensure safety during shipping.
ALL ITEMS are fully insured and delivered directly to your front door!! We NEVER ask our customers to pick up their one-of-a-kind antiques at a freight terminal!!!
UPS and UPS Freight are our preferred carriers, with the exception of some small items that are shipped via USPS, at our discretion.
Of course a buyer may choose to select their own carrier and make their own packaging and shipping arrangements; if so, please notify us prior to bidding.
Shipping Damage
In the unfortunate event that shipping damage occurs, please retain ALL of the packaging, boxing, crate, etc. and notify us immediately….claims must be initially filed within two days of your receipt of the item. We will contact the shipper and arrange for them to pick up the item, at your convenience. Once the shipper receives the item back and the claim is processed, we will issue you a FULL REFUND, usually a 7-10 day process. If you wish to have an item repaired, please email us for arrangements, and keep all the packaging until an inspection is made.
WE HANDLE THE SHIPPING CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPER, as another way to provide our customers with superb service after the sale of our antiques.
